Hands-on Serger Spectacular Workshop
Join Serger/Sewing Machine Expert & Designer Karen C. Clancy for a day and a half chocked full of Serger Know-How! This workshop focuses on 2-3-4 thread machines. From the basics to more advanced techniques, you'll learn to incorporate on-board machine features and a variety of stitch options with both regular and decorative threads.
In addition, you'll use a variety of the available optional feet and accessories and experience first hand ALL the SPECTACULAR things you can do with this wonderful piece of equipment while you complete your own "'Spectacular' Reference Guide" containing step-by-step directions and a multitude of samples on a variety of materials. Samples, hints and ideas for applications in home decor, quilting, clothing and crafting and troubleshooting will be shared throughout the event.
Machine, fabric and thread are provided.
Lunch will be provided for the first day of class only.
